I am most appreciative of the time you took from your schedule to devote to our efforts. also appreciate all the documentation that was prepared in advance of our meeting. During the meeting we reviewed activities the County is requesting credit for and determined the following items still need to be provided. Please provide information for the activities identified below within the next 30 days but no later than June 30, 2019. CC230 — Verification Cover Sheet: This is the only form that must be signed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). All other forms (CC -RL, CC-EHP), checklist and worksheets can be completed by the CRS Coordinator. G Please have the CC -230 signed by CEO. Mark each activity the County anticipates applying for. If we determine additional activities are applicable, I will mark those on your behalf before the file is closed and return a corrected copy to the County. Program Data Form: All lines on this form must be completed if you have previously cycled under the 2013 CRS Coordinator's Manual. ❑ Use the form to calculate the acreage of your SFHA (line #13) and the number of buildings in the SFHA (line #6). Be sure to include an explanation of how the numbers where generated (lines #14 -16). ❑ The period covered will be from the date of the last recertification date to the date of our current visit (05/22/19). Activity 310 - Elevation Certificates IEC): ❑ For Elevation Certificate (EC) credit, please continue to work with the Resource Specialist by providing complete and correct ECs, until it is confirmed that the County has met the 90% accuracy threshold.
