BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON AMENDMENT NO.2 TO TASK <br />ORDER NO. 16 WITH JACOBS ENGINEERING FOR FAIRVIEW ROAD CULVERT <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: Jacobs Engineering is currently a Engineering service provider to Public Works <br />selected from County procurement process in 2017; and <br />WHEREAS: Task Order No. 16 with Jacobs provides for civil design services supporting the <br />Fairview Road Culvert Replacement project; and <br />WHEREAS: Fairview Road Culvert Replacement project is listed on Public Works annual <br />construction program for 2019; and <br />WHEREAS: The initial task order ($222,025) is nearing completion and PW desires <br />supplementing the original task order for additional civil design support; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on Amendment No. 2 to <br />Jacobs Engineering Task Order No. 16 — Fairview Road Culvert Replacement Project. <br />DATED this 24th day of June 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
