BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR <br />THE WEIHL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. RC1574-B2/CRP NO. <br />281-18 <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the Weihl Road <br />Improvements Project No. RCI 574-132 and CRP No. 281-18 contract in <br />accordance with RCW 36.77.020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on June 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas <br />County Permit Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, <br />Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Five (5) bids were received for the prescribed work.
