AIRPAC AIRLINES DISCUSSION <br />Mark Cook reported that staff was contacted by a company contracted <br />with United Parcel Service (UPS) to fly freight to Bowers Field from <br />Spokane for deliveries. Mark Cook continued that he is suggesting an <br />airport use agreement similar to what was required by Iasco when those <br />operations were conducted at Bowers Field. Mark Cook added that he <br />will work on some figures to come up with an appropriate fee and bring <br />back the agreement for Board consideration. Discussion was held. <br />Additionally, Mark Cook stated that staff is working with Hospice and <br />Friends on an event at Bowers Field scheduled for October 5th, 2019 in <br />conjunction with Women in Aviation with Central Washington University <br />to promote the pending 2020 fly -in event.
