09/03/2019 MINUTES 2 <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH explained if the data did not support <br />reducing the speed limit, then he believed there should not be any <br />action taken by the Board. COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ said if they were <br />to move forward with the request and take action to lower the speed <br />limit, it could potentially put the County in a situation where they <br />could become liable.
