Cook <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Take action on the Task Force request removing Steve Harper and Marc Kirkpatrick from <br />Task Force membership. <br />BRIEFING SUMMARY: <br />• The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) named members to the Upper <br />County Traffic Task Force <br />• The Task Force is requesting two members be removed for poor attendance: <br />Steve Harper and Marc Kirkpatrick. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Board of County Commissioner solicited interested persons for staffing the Upper <br />County Traffic Task Force and selected membership from returned applications. Two of <br />the selected members (Harper and Kirkpatrick) have consistently not attended regularly <br />scheduled meetings. The Board appointed members during the August 21, 2018 Agenda <br />Session Regular Meeting. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />On September 05, 2019, Task Force Chair Millsap sent a letter to the BOCC requesting <br />the removal of Harper and Kirkpatrick.
