Kittitas County <br />Public Health <br />Department <br />To Protect and Promote the Health and the Environment of the People of Kittitas County <br />KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH (BOH) <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Thursday, September 19, 2019 <br />Commissioners' Auditorium <br />10:00 am <br />Present <br />Board of Health (BOH): <br />Laura Osiadacz, Brett Wachsmith, Rich Elliott, John Asriel M.D., <br />Absent: Cory Wright <br />Board of Health AdvisoU Committee (BOHAQ: <br />None <br />Public Health: Tristen Lamb, Katie Odiaga, Jesse Cox, Candi Blackford <br />Other: Stephanie Hartung, DPA <br />Meeting called to order at 10: 00 am <br />Introductions <br />Introductions were completed. <br />Executive Session <br />Executive session was entered into at 10:02 am for 15 minutes, to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member acting <br />in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the discussion <br />is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. There was not actions taken <br />as a result of executive session. <br />Minutes <br />Motion to approve the August 15, 2019 Board of Health meeting minutes. <br />Motion 09-01: Motion to approve the August 15, 2019 Board of Health meeting minutes as <br />presented. Rich Elliott moved to approve the August 15, 2019 Board of Health meeting minutes as <br />presented. John Asriel second. All approved.
