Bridge superstructure is assumed to be prefabricated and designed and supplied by <br />the Contractor during construction. <br />7. Load rating report will be provided by bridge superstructure supplier. <br />8. COUNTY will prepare Division 1 and assemble special provision package and bid <br />package. <br />9. COUNTY will acquire 60ft prefabricated bridge superstructure separately from this <br />Contract. <br />Cost Breakdown: See Attached <br />Project Schedule: KPFF will provide a PDF of the plans for the 30%, 75%, and 100% design at <br />the dates shown below. For efficiency, the design will continue following milestone submittal <br />while the county performs review of the submitted plans.
