FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />The cost of the option is undetermined currently. It seems reasonable to minimize the <br />financial burden on the owner by covering the annual tax bill at approximately $6,500. <br />Staff could try and manage the purchase option to $13,000 for the two-year period.
