Will include opportunities for <br />interested parties to learn about the organizational development effort, share their perspectives, <br />and to offer to become more involved. <br />June 10 Strategy Group Meeting - Review and confirm areas of emerging consensus and <br />difference, discuss key questions related to structure and funding. <br />June 20 Strategy Group and Floodplain Leaders - Begin to develop Work Plan. Use meeting to <br />model convening of Action Groups to discuss work plan for 2019-2020. <br />Organizational Development Plan - Draft document to memorialize purpose, function and <br />structure of organization. Outline implementation steps.
