The improvement for which bids will be received is described below: This Contract provides for the fabrication and transportation of a pre -cast flat slab bridge structure approximately 27 -feet long by 52 -feet wide. The work consists of flat slab prestressed superstructure and precast concrete substructure including weld ties, lifting embeds, and smooth bar dowels and the fabrication and transportation of reinforcing steel for the cast-in- place ast in- place traffic barrier, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Not included in this work is installation the cast -in-place concrete traffic barrier.
