MEIETAND GREETS <br />All Meet & Greets must be approved by Artist Management prior to concert date. <br />1 . Meet and Greets shall be scheduled 60 minutes BEFORE Artist's performance. <br />2. Meet and Greets are limited tom-tetO.20 Total. <br />3. Tour Manager will distribute credentials for each participant. Credentials MUST be worn for <br />entry to Meet and Greet. <br />4. A Professional Security person Is required for any Meet and Greet. <br />5. Purchaser is to provide up to 8 (eight) sections of bicycle rack or soft barricade for this location. <br />6. A quiet designated area is needed, away from General Public <br />AFTER SHOW SIGNING <br />Joe Nichols may sign autographs at the Merchandise Area after his performance (advance with Tour <br />Manager). PURCHASER agrees not to announce this until confirmed by Tour Manager day of show. <br />Should an after show autograph signing is confirmed by Tour Manager, the following is required: <br />1. A minimum of three Security Personnel shall be required. <br />2. Two Security Personnel are needed to escort Artist from Backstage to location <br />3. Eight pieces of "Bike Rack" or Temporary Barricade needed for crowd control to be set up prior. <br />MOTEL ROOMS <br />12\_(Twelve) Hotel rooms total; 5 (Three) Kings and40000arn <br />even) doubles), reserved and paid for by <br />PUR HSER will be available for a check in no later th the day of th6erformance. Tour Mana er will cancel any unneeded rooms within candeifation period. <br />DRESSING ROOMS PER e����� <br />Please provide 2 (two) large climate controlled dressing r ours need to have full sized mirrors; <br />Please see catering portion of the rider for dressing room catering needs. <br />DRESSING ROOM 1: Joe Nichols will need a medium size room with comfortable couch/chair <br />seating for a minimum of 4 (four) adults. This room should have a lockable door, a private bathroom with a <br />shower, and be located as close to the production office as possible. Please also provide an iron and ironing <br />board. <br />DRESSING ROOM 2: Joe Nichols Tour Personnel will need a large size room with comfortable <br />couchichair seating for a minimum of 12 (twelve) adults. This room should have a lockable door with a <br />nrfvate_t►athraom and a_shQwer. As well, please provide an iron and_ironino board, <br />Joe Nichols 2014 One Off Rider. 8 Initialedd„ <br />
