There was discussion on the current <br />elections room could be made into an employee breakroom. Chairman <br />Wachsmith reminded everyone that in conjunction with Developmental <br />Disabilities, they have gone out for an RFQ for a coffee stand and <br />asked for people to think about where that could be located as well. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve a solicitation of bids for the <br />relocation of an election room, located downstairs of the <br />Courthouse, and to relocate the employee breakroom to where the <br />current election room is. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> RESOLUTION PRE-EXISTING HOME SALES AGREEMENTS COMMMISSIONERS <br />Chairman Wachsmith reviewed a proposed Resolution which had been <br />approved by Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor as well as Dr. Mark <br />Larson, Public Health Official, relating to Allowing Pre-Existing <br />Home Sales Agreements to Proceed During the Stay Home Stay Healthy <br />Proclamation. Commissioner Wright said there was a proposed <br />Proclamation on the Commissioners Agenda for consideration on April <br />21st and he would like to have a discussion about the two proposals <br />with Dr. Larson and get his opinion from a Public Health standpoint. <br />Chairman Wachsmith felt there was a lot of misunderstandings in the <br />public on who has the authority to do things and it would be a good <br />idea to hear directly from Dr. Larson. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to place the proposed Resolution under <br />Board Discussion & Decision on the April 21, 2020 Commissioner <br />Agenda.
