Future Plans*Thanks to public support at the State,County and City levels, \,ts e&ect the <br />covered arena structure to be completed in 2020. This keystone addition will allow <br />us io host larger events, extend ihe season'into at least March and November as <br />\rcll as attract many activities and groups that require a covered competition space. <br />Already there are a lot of inquiries about the arena, but organizers of large shovtn <br />will wait to inspeci the new facility before they will commit to holding a show there. <br />We epect that in five years the calendar and revenue generating impacts of the <br />covered arena will be largely realized, especially if vrc are able to add more stabling <br />and parking to accommodate the elpected demand. <br />We have an annual business sponsorship campaign and ongoing donor <br />solicitation. The Park will hold its forth major auction dinner gala on Mvember 9th <br />at the the Sahalee Country Club to raise aurareness and funding for operations <br />and capital projects. We continue to have significani volunteer support from many <br />individuals and groups. <br />Communication about what u,e are doing is absolutely critical io building broader <br />interest and support. Year-to-date u,e have achieved 197,064 Facebook "Reaches", an <br />indicator of how many times a post uas vierned by an individual at least once. <br />We have been vrorking to address some major obstacles with our current systems. <br />Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system makes it difficult to store, <br />sort and communicate appropriately with various contacts. This system vras initially <br />selected and utilized as a donor database, but we have much more robust <br />operating needs in the online, digital age. For example we have many people who <br />uant to reserve and pay for facilities online. We are in the middle of a complex <br />project to evaluate options and implement improvements. <br />ln addition, our website is not easy io read or navigate with a mobile device and <br />must be overhauled to meet today's online, "on our vray'' audiences.
