(For example, if there was a survey conducted for the prior year, explain the methodology. For the projections,
what are they based upon and how is that basis justlfied?)
Projected *
150
While hard to guantify, uie confirmed reservations and stays as a result of events
hosted by the museum (lecture series), along with researchers and groups that use
the museum. These numbers have been confirmed via email and through hotel
rooms reserved for the lecture series by the museum. We confirmed stays by four
individuals (4 nights), 2 lecturers plus one guest (3 nights), and an anticipated
group of 20 individuals (1 nlght per each = 20 nights). We have also had a series
of teaching events and activities that have contributed stays by five individuals (5
nights).
We anticipate a greater overnight holel stay rale in 2020 due to a wide variety of
planned events and activities. lt is our epectation that the Museum also serves as
an added benefit to someone's stay, so it may not create ihe initial hotel room
reservation but may add one or ttvc nights stay on an existing one.
2500 character lirrit.
h addition to field above, you nay upload the evidence to support the prior years' roordnight infonmtion.
You nay upload up to three single pages {LS Letter), of infornation. lf you a single m-rfti-page docunent, only tie first
three pag,es will be considered.
