Hunziker, M.S.W., LICSW, CSOTP <br />Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker <br />Certified Sexual OiTender Treatment Provider <br />RE Proposed Amendment to Professional Serv'ice Agreement <br />To Whom It May Concern <br />In light of the curettt situation with the Covid-19 virus, and the closure of schools, restaurants, <br />banks, and other public spaces in order to implernent social distancing for the safety of ourselves <br />and others, I am proposing to work with the client I am providing SSODA services to via video <br />conferencing. It is neither proper nor ethical, in my view, to charge firll rate for this method of <br />providing treatment. Therefore I would like to propose a reduced rate ofjust over one-half the <br />usual payment rate of $85 per 50 minute session, to $45. I plan to keep tracl< of how long the <br />video conferencing is able to be productive, with sustained attention between myself and the <br />client. If it appears that attention is tlagging, rve will only rneet fbr 30 minutes. I propose $27 fbr <br />a half an hour session. <br />Please let nre know if that will be acceptable to the County's Juvenile Court Services.
