Huirziker, M.S.W,, LICSW, CSOTP <br />Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker <br />Certified Sexual Offender Treatment Provider <br />RE Proposed Amendnrent to Professional Ser-v'ice Agreement <br />To Whom It May Concern:: <br />In light of the cuffent situation with the Covid-19 virus, arld the closure of scliools, restaurarlts, <br />banks" and other public spaces in order to inrplement social distancing tbr the safety of ourselves <br />and others, I am proposing to work with the client I am providing SSODA serv'ices to via video <br />conferencing. It is neither proper nor ethical, in my view., to charge firll rate for this method of <br />providing treatment. Therefore I would like to propose a recluced rate ofjust over one-half the <br />tlsual payment rate of $85 per 50 nrinute session" to $45. I plan to keep tracl< of how long the <br />video conferencing is able to be productive, with sustained attention between myself and the <br />client. If it appears that attention is flagging, we will only meet fbr 30 minutes. I propose $27 fbr <br />a half an hour session. <br />Please let me know if that will be acceptable to the County's Juvenile Court Services.
