AdditionalCoverageMayBeRequired:Workers'CompensationWorkers'CompensationinamountsrequiredbylawOStopGap/EmployersLiabilityCoveragelimitsnotlessthan:•$1,000,000eachaccident•$1,000,000disease-policyllmIt•$1,000,000disease-eachemployee•Thirty(30)dayswrittennoticetotheCountyofcancellationoftheinsurancepolicy.OProfessionalLiabilityTheContractorand/oritsSubcontractorand/oritsconsultantprovidingprofessionalservicesshallprovideevidenceofProfessionalLiabilityInsurancecoveringprofessionalerrorsandomissions.Suchpolicymustprovidethefoliowingminimumlimits:•$1,000,000perclaim•$2,000,000annualaggregateifîriauranceisnaclaime-madefoTm,Itsretroactivedate,andthatofallsubsequentrenewals,shallbenolaterthantheeffectivedateofthisAgreement.OPollutionLiabilityTheContractorshallprovideaPollutionLiabilitypolicy,providingcoverageforclaimsinvolvingbodilyinjury,propertydamage(includinglossofuseoftangiblepropertythathasnotbeenphysicallyinjured),cleanupcosts,remediation,disposalorotherhandlingofpollutants,includingcostsandexpensesincurredintheinvestigation,defense,orsettlementofclaimsarisingoutof:•Contractor'soperationsrelatedtothisproject;and/or•Remediation,abatement,repair,maintenanceorotherworkwithlead-basedpaintormaterialscontainingasbestos;and/or•TransportationofhazardousmaterialsawayfromanysiterelatedtothisprojectSuchPollutionLiabilitypolicyshallprovidethefollowingminimumcoverage:•$perclaim•$annualaggregateOPropertyDamageProfessionalServicesAgreement(rev.09/24/2018)Page16of17
