Response 1: The Mountain Ale Festival is an intimate beer tasting event held in Roslyn. This <br />Project/Event event attracts a large audience from the Seattle — Tacoma area along Wth Yakima, <br />Description * Wenatchee, and Eastern Washington. This event features live music and 12 of <br />Central Washington's best breweries. Surrounded by quaint shops and eateries, <br />attendees can enjoy the beer festival and enjoy shopping and dining out in <br />Downtown Roslyn. Away from their place of residence or business and staying overnight in paid accommodations; <br />2. To a place fifty miles or more away from their place of residence or business for the day or staying overnight; <br />3. or from another country or state outside of their place of residence or business. <br />You must provide the evidence utilized in determining your projections. <br />Response 2.1: <br />1. Away fromtheir place of residence or business and staying overnight in paid accornrodations; <br />Projection * <br />Based on ticket pre -sale data collected from the last event, approximately 73% of <br />attendees traveled from outside of the area, and 55% percent of event attendees <br />stayed in paid accommodations for the event. About 80 people stayed in paid <br />accommodations, (32 rooms), 10 more than the year before. That is approximately 107 event attendees from 50 miles <br />or more from Kittitas County.
