(For example, if there was a survey conducted for the prior year, explain the methodology. For the projections, <br />what are they based upon and how is that basis justified?) <br />Prior Year Paid Based on ticket pre -sale data collected from the last event, approximately 73% of <br />Overnight's Stay attendees traveled from outside of the area, and 55% percent of event attendees <br />Response* stayed in paid accommodations for the event. About 80 people stayed in paid <br />accommodations, (32 rooms), 10 more than the year before. with the continued <br />growth we expect to see 90 overnight stays in 2020. (36 rooms based on 12.5% <br />increase) <br />The data collected to determine the above figures for room night stays came from <br />surveys that were conducted at the event. In the last survey, we had a total of 70 <br />attendees responded that they were staying in paid accommodations after <br />attending the Mountain Ale Festival. Looking at the standard of 2.5 people per <br />room calculates into approximately 32 room nights.
