CAMAH's main funding source is membership dues <br />from each of our partner institutions. These membership dues are kept low ($25) <br />so that smaller institutions can continue to participate. <br />Currently, CAMAH members have identified a need for synergistic marketing <br />promotion. While there are many grants for museums, arts, and cultural institutions, <br />marketing expenses are largely prohibited, unless under narrow circumstances. <br />Further, CAMAH is a collaborative organization that includes member insitutitons <br />from throughout Kittitas County, yet its collaborative structure precludes it from <br />meeting the eligibility requirements for grants focused on museums, galleries, <br />libraries and similar organizations. <br />The Kittitas County Lodging Tax grant is an ideal source for CAMAH, because of <br />our county -wide focus and also because we are seeking to fund a marketing and <br />promotional campaign. <br />2500 character limit <br />Funding Shortfalls* Mat changes would occur if the project couldn't be funded? <br />If not funded, CAMAH members will continue to serve our community as arts, <br />cultural, and historical organizations.
