We will try to establish another organization beside our Kittitas County department to take over a lot of the planning for this event by determining specific tasks that they can oversee.By delegating tasks,and outsourcing design of our poster, registration,and program we should be able to reduce our time committed to this event. We did see a significant increase in our volunteer support,and being a second year with already established procedures we were able to reduce some of the time required to organize the event. Our relationship with our partner that oversee the RC race has been instrumental in helping to make this event successful and attainable.A RC Car racing committee has been established to help produce this event in 2020. We will continue to reach out to and network with other businesses to invite them to participate in our 2020 ChillMe.
