~TTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />COUNTY to move forward with the delivery of Phase 1 for FHWA while Phase 2 was under <br />continued review. <br />A summary of amended tasks follows: <br />Task 01 -Project Management. This task is amended to provide additional budget to support <br />extended project delivery, including project controls and invoicing, administrative tasks, <br />scheduling, COUNTY and team coordination, meeting attendance, and team direction. <br />Task 02 -Data Analysis. No change. <br />Task 03 -Geotechnical Field Investigation. No change. <br />Task 04 -Geotechnical Engineering Analysis and Report. No change. <br />Task 05 -NEPA/SEPA Documentation. This task is amended to provide additional budget to <br />support the change in project direction. Some task work had to be redone to account for <br />changes to the project and project schedule, including cultural resources coordination and <br />revisions to the project Area of Potential Effect. <br />Task 06 -Documentation, Permit Application, and Acquisition. This task is amended to <br />provide additional budget to support the change in project direction. Some task work had to be <br />redone to account for changes to the project and project schedule, including increased <br />coordination with permitting agencies for both project sites and supporting the COUNTY in <br />sponsorship of the project as a Fish Habitat Enhancement Project through Washington <br />Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) process. <br />Task 07 -Hydraulics. This task is amended to include additional hydraulic modeling efforts, <br />as requested by the COUNTY, including but not limited to requests on behalf of the land owners <br />to assess potential changes in hydraulic conditions; support decisions on the channel location; <br />and update hydraulic and scour parameters for the NF Teanaway Road Crossing. Multiple <br />iterations were run of the 2D model, using different input assumptions to show potential <br />changes to flow depth and velocity during projected storm effects post-construction. This <br />amendment also includes changing the length of the culvert at Story Creek and additional <br />coordination with WDFW to gain their support of the hydraulic design and process Hydraulic <br />Permit Application (HPA). <br />Task 08 -Right of Way. No change. <br />Task 09 -Project Kickoff Meeting. No change . <br />Task 10 -30% Design Support. No change.
