Amount Payable: $586,676 <br />New Completion Date: 12/31/20 <br />The general provisions and clauses of Local Agency Agreement Number <br />KCPW2017-19ENG1 shall be in full force and effect for this Task Order <br />Amendment. <br />Location of Project: Teanaway Road, MP 6.9 & 8.64 <br />Project Title: Teanaway Road Hydraulic Improvements <br />Scope of Work: This Task Order Amendment is being provided to Kittitas County (COUNTY) at <br />their request. The COUNTY has directed Jacobs to perform additional design and <br />environmental effort due to changes in the project scope and to extend the task order through <br />2020 . <br />Revisions to the project scope include changing the proposed alignment of Lick Creek, keeping <br />the creek in its original channel downstream of the proposed structure. Additional hydraulic <br />analysis was performed at the COUNTY's request to support the COUNTY's decision regarding <br />the creek alignment, including additional modeling of water surface elevations and associated <br />documentation. The change in channel location resulted in the need for additional <br />environmental analysis, as well as changes to the PSE package. <br />Additionally, the project was divided into two separate construction projects (Phase 1 Story <br />Creek and Phase 2 Lick Creek) to be constructed in different seasons, requiring two separate <br />Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PSE) packages.
