Section 7. Federal Procurement Requirements. For purchases and procurements using federal <br />funds, County staff must adhere to the Federal Procurement requirements set forth in 2 <br />CFR sections 200.317 through 2 CFR 200.326 Uniform Guidance, based upon the five <br />methods (I. Micro-Purchases; 2. Small Purchases; 3. Sealed Bids; 4. Competitive <br />Proposals; 5. Sole Source): <br />Method Threshold Applies to Involves <br />l.
