twenty-four (24) hours. All requested records and information may only be released to <br />Agent or DOL. <br />Subagent shall fully cooperate, comply, and produce all records requested by Agent or <br />DOL pursuant to any public disclosure request submitted to the Agent or DOL. The <br />timelines for the production and/or disclosure of records will be established by the Agent or <br />DOL relative to each independent disclosure request. Subagent must provide all requested <br />information in a timely manner. If Subagent fails to do so, it will be liable for any associated <br />penalties or fees caused by their delay. <br />27. SEVERABILITY <br />If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions <br />of this Agreement which can be given effect without the invalid provision, if such remainder conforms <br />to the requirements of applicable law and the fundamental purpose of this Agreement, and to this <br />end the provisions of this Agreement are declared to be severable. <br />28. OWNERSHIP AND TREATMENT OF PROPERTY <br />All supplies, inventory, and equipment (Property) furnished to the Subagent under this <br />Agreement, whether by DOL as a third party provider or by Agent, remains the property of DOL, <br />and DOL retains full title and all rights associated with ownership. Subagent shall ensure that <br />supplies, inventory, and equipment do not become security for any debt, or fixtures at Subagent's <br />location. <br />Any Property furnished to Subagent under this Agreement must be used only for the performance <br />of this Agreement. Subagent shall surrender to Agent all Property upon completion, termination <br />or expiration of this Agreement. <br />Subagent may be responsible for loss or damage of Property due to negligence. Upon such <br />damage or loss, Subagent shall notify Agent and shall take all reasonable steps to protect <br />Property from further damage. <br />29. SURVIVORSHIP <br />Notwithstanding the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the terms, conditions and <br />warranties contained in this Agreement concerning the Safeguarding Personal Information and <br />Permissible Use, and retention of records, survive completion, cancellation or termination of this <br />Agreement. <br />30.
