2019 Docket Enabling Ordinance December 3, 2019 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />SECTION III - FINAL DECISION AND SIGNATURES <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due deliberation, hereby <br />approves amendments to KCC 15A.11.010 to provide consistency between RCW 36.70B and County <br />Code as it relates to Development Agreements, as shown in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 15A.07.010, 16.05.030, 16.32.070, and <br />17.60B.110 to change the office that administrative land use decision appeals shall be filed, as shown <br />in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves housekeeping amendments to KCC Title 17 to clarify that “riding <br />arenas” are a standalone land use already in code, update RCW references that have changed, to <br />clarify that “permit” in 17.61.040.2 is specific to “building permits”, and to correct scrivener errors , as <br />shown in Exhibit C. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC Title 17 regarding definitions of “lot line, front” <br />and add a definition for “street frontage.” Additionally, amend various sections of Title 17 to remove <br />“corner lots” from yard requirements in numerous zones, as shown in Exhibit D. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 17.16 Residential and KCC 17.18 Residential 2 <br />regarding setbacks limited to the Snoqualmie LAMIRD, as shown in Exhibit E. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendment to KCC 17.15.080 regarding the raising of swine specific to <br />youth educational projects, as shown in Exhibit F. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC Title 18 to identify additional authorized officials, <br />as shown in Exhibit G. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC 12.04.080, 20.02.020, and 20.02.030 to revise <br />driveway width and grade requirements, as shown in Exhibit H. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map, as shown in <br />Exhibit I. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves map amendment for a non-project rezone within the Easton Type 1 <br />LAMIRD from residential to general commercial, as shown in Exhibit J. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to definitions and land use tables in KCC Title 17 <br />regarding mini warehouse, recreational vehicle/equipment service and repair, and recreational vehicle <br />storage, as shown in Exhibit K. <br />
