EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Chamber agrees to provide the following services and engage in the following <br />activities in support of the City of Ellensburg tourism development ef%rt. <br />1. Visitor lnformatbr; Center <br />a. Establish, operate and maintain a Visitor Information Center for the <br />purpose of <br />i. greeting visitors, <br />it displaying promotional brochures, <br />iii. of bring assistance, and <br />!v. answering requests for tourism and visitor information. <br />b. Operate the Visitor information Center Monday -Friday from 9 am to 5 <br />pm, Saturdays between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm, and Sundays <br />between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm during the months of June, July, <br />August and September through Saturday of Labor Day Weekend <br />c. Ensure that Chamber personnel and volunteers receive regular visitor <br />information training <br />d. Maintain a year-round toll-free number for tourism information. <br />e. Operate and maintain the Downtown Visitor lnfomration Center located <br />at 4m and Peart Skeet; which Includes the items listed above and hours <br />of operation from Friday through Sunday, 11 am to 7 pm during the <br />months of June, July, August, September and October, and staffed <br />during events at that location. <br />Professional Services Agreement for VIC Operations -Page 11 of 13 <br />
