WSDA Agreement No. K2871 <br /> <br />K2871 Grant Agreement <br />treatments completed by the contractor on a monthly and annual basis. <br /> <br />Budget Narrative <br />Category Funds Requested Match (if applicable) <br />Personnel $ $1,500 <br />Fringe Benefits $ $400 <br />Contractual $150,000 $15,000 <br />Total $150,000 $16,900 <br /> <br />Contractual <br /> Name of Organization Hourly Rate/Flat <br />Rate <br />Funds Requested <br /> B&F Services $95.00 flat rate <br />per treatment site <br />$150,000 <br /> <br />Contractual Justification <br />The Contractor will investigate complaints in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Kittitas County <br />Horticultural Pest and Disease Board and arrange for and oversee spraying when spraying is being performed with <br />authorization from the County. <br /> <br />Monitor property subject to complaint until inspector determines that the site is no longer a nuisance or threat or it so <br />instructed by the County. <br />The Contractor will also be licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture as a commercial pesticide <br />applicator and shall cause said license will remain in effect throughout the term of this Agreement. <br /> <br />The Contractor will be available at all times within the term of this Agreement to apply pesticides at the direction of the <br />County or its authorized representative within 72 hours of notification. <br />The Contractor will provide all equipment, labor, and materials (including pesticides) necessary to fulfill this Agreement. <br /> <br />The Contractor will apply only materials specified by the County subject to regulations of the USDA and the WSDA. <br /> <br />Match <br />The matching funds in personnel and benefits will be administrative tasks associated with the program, including the grant <br />administration, processing of payments and year-end reporting requirements by current County employees. <br /> <br />The $15,000 ($5,000 per year) match for Contracted services will be from Kittitas County’s local funds.
