Include the <br />following information: <br />A Is your project/event year-round or is it seasonal or date-specific? Go to definitions of terms. <br />B. What strategies Vvill you employ to assure you are attracting tourists from at least 50 miles away? <br />C. What strategies Vvill you use to assist in marketing all of Kittitas County as a tourist destination Vvith your <br />event/project funding request? <br />Response 3: Wiat tools will you use to rreasure your event's irrpact on tourisni? Rease be specific and provide exarrples. <br />Measuring Results* We Vvill continue to gather zip codes at the entrance but Vvill have a plan in place to <br />ensure we ask the people we missed this year. More volunteers Vvill be needed to <br />help Vvith the increase in attendance. These are the results from phone calls made <br />to the local motels/hotels/lodges for the weekend of our event. As you can see, 19 <br />places Vvith accommodations were called for occupancy rates.
