Below you will find responses to each comment <br />as received. Please let us know if you have any questions. <br /> <br />Yakima Nation <br />The Yakama Nation provided a comment letter stating that three previously recorded cultural resources are <br />located within the project boundaries. In particular Site 45KT1363 was highlighted as a significant find. The <br />Nation requests a full re-survey of the project area for review and comment. <br />Response: <br />Cultural resource issues are addressed in conditions C 21-23 of Exhibit F-1 to the Development Agreement. <br />Mitigation measures listed within these conditions shall be applied. <br />Department of Health <br />The Department of Health “DOH” is requesting confirmation that the water system currently has 590 Active <br />(constructed and connected) connections and 1501 approved connections allowing the 105 lots of this <br />division remaining within the current water capacity. <br />Response: <br />The applicant will adhere to all applicable regulations as outlined in the Development Agreement. The <br />applicant confirms the current water system capacity allows for 105 residential homes. A water availability <br />Index #31
