KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />ADDENDUM TO LEASE <br />THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE is made and dated this _ day of <br />2019, by and between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, <br />hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR, and TYLER GLAHN, and hereinafter referred to as the <br />LESSEE. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into a Lease on September 1, 2017 a copy of <br />which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br />WHEREAS, LESSOR through Legal Counsel has updated the terms of the original lease <br />hereto attached: and <br />WHEREAS, LESSEE has requested to amend the original lease attached to reflect current <br />language; and <br />WHEREAS, Effective September 1, 2019 the lease attached as Exhibit "B" is to be used for <br />reference from this point forward until another such amendment is to be completed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Lessor and Lessee have signed their names and affixed their <br />seals the day and year first above written. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />LESSOR: <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />LESSEE <br />TylercGibhn, Eessee <br />GLAHN AMENDMENT PAGE 1 <br />
