Prior Year Paid <br />Overnight's Stay <br />Response* <br />Prior Year Paid <br />Overnight Stay Data <br />Survey sheets were distributed to two local RV parks and their visitors signed in <br />using their zip codes. <br />The car show visitors signed in using their zip codes and the number of days they <br />stayed locally. <br />Booth vendors pre-registered and information was gathered using their zip codes <br />and number of guests visiting that day. <br />The total visiting Kittitas County were 326 individuals that spent 1 to 3 nights. <br />For 2019, survey sheets wll be dropped off at the local RV parks, bed and <br />breakfasts, and motels in the local area to continue to capture more data. <br />Car show visitors wll sign in wth their zip codes and number of visitors and this <br />year we wll expand to include the motorcycle show participants, which is increasing <br />significantly. <br />Visitors participating in the 2019 parade wll now have a sign in sheet to indicate <br />how many are in attendance and the number of days spent utilizing local lodging . <br />2500 character linil <br />In addition to field above, you rmy upload the evidence to support the prior years' room'night inforrmtion <br />Easton Memorial Day Celebration Tally for Lodging Attendance 2018.pdf 35.57KB <br />You rmy upload up to three single pages (US Letter), of inforrrntion If you a single rrulti-page docummt, only the first <br />three pages will be considered.
