Rease be specffic and provide exarrples . <br />--Our web-page has a lodging page that links to most of the accommodations in <br />Kittitas County. Google Analytics showed that there were 494 contacts to this web- <br />page, 220 of INhich exited our web-page to access one of the listings. <br />--We track demographic information of ticket sales through the Chamber, on-line <br />sales through ShovvClix, mail-order sales and our unrestricted personal /business <br />contributions. This year during the Festival we asked ticket buyers \Nhere they were <br />from. When we combined all of the available ticket information: 53% of tickets were <br />in Kittitas County and 4 7% were out of the county (See Exhibit A 1 ). <br />--The respondents to the survey taken during the festival that reported addresses <br />showed: 29% were from Kittitas County and 71 % were out of the county. (See <br />Exhibit A2) Our online survey at the end of the festival showed similar results. <br />--Kept track of internet hits on our website via Google analytics -Oct 1, 2017 - <br />September 28, 2018 (see Exhibit B) <br />2500 character linit <br />A. The attendee list is derived from our <br />POS sales during the festival as well as INhat the Chamber sales and ShovvClix <br />provides us. We sent a letter Vvith an enclosed brochure to a mailing list of 1733 <br />subscribers, of INhich 609 (35%) were out of Kittitas County and 89 (5%) were out <br />of Washington State. <br />--We Vvill be contacting a number of lodging establishments to discuss the <br />possibility of creating value packages for those \Nho attend the festival. At least four <br />of them indicated potential interest in a partnership for next year. <br />--We Vvill also talk to them about INhat is involved is setting aside a block of rooms. <br />--One possibility is to provide the lodging establishments Vvith questionnaire prior <br />to the festival weekend to ask are they staying in town to attend a local event and <br />list the things that are happening in our area the weekend. <br />--For the past 16 years, JIV has provided a survey for festival attendees to fill out <br />and asked INhere they are from, how many nights they were staying and how they <br />heard about us.
