The <br />original PUD and Rezone were submitted in 2007 and as such shall be vested with the code at the <br />time. I have attached the pertinent code sections, a conditions matrix (this is just to help your <br />review. You do not need to fill this in. please provide comments in written format), and a PDF with <br />the original survey and concept map for your convenience.
