Kittitas County <br />Public Health <br />Department <br />To Protect and Promote the Health and the Environment of the People of Kittitas County <br />Educational material, like a pamphlet, must be distributed to all attendees with RVs <br />during each event. KCPHD must receive a copy of the educational material and the <br />operator's plan for distribution (including the number of pamphlets that will be printed <br />and how they will be passed out to attendees) before approval of any event. This <br />pamphlet must include: <br />o Address of free RV dump site(s); <br />o Reference to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.04.200, which makes it unlawful to <br />dump or dispose of refuse from holding tanks, storage tanks, and septic tanks; <br />and <br />A map must be provided to KCPHD and/or with a special event application with every <br />restroom, toilet, and sink identified and numbered, with the distance between areas of <br />activity and RV camping clearly indicated, as per the Kittitas County Special Event permit <br />application requirement. <br />A Food service providers must obtain their food service permit through KCPHD at least <br />two weeks prior to each relevant event.
