At this time
the applicants have met all the requirements of the Kittitas County Public Health Department.
0 Place signs on all indoor and outdoor bathrooms, spigots, and RV hook ups stating "Non
Potable Water — Do Not Drink" in visible locations.
4 Have bottled drinking water available to all guests, to encourage participants and
attendees not to drink the water out of spigots, hook ups, and sinks.
0 Even with the required signs, there are still many points of public access for water on
the property. In lieu of bacteriological testing of water well samples, eleven frost free
spigots will be padlocked during each event. One spigot will be left unlock and
designated for nonhuman consumption and use (such as livestock watering, etc.). This
spigot will be designated and declared "Non Potable" with signage.
All RV grey water tanks must remain capped during the entire duration of each event.
The operators of WestStar events are responsible for ensuring that no greywater is
disposed of on the property. KCPHD staff will conduct spot checks periodically to ensure
compliance.
507 N.
