Tools, Equipment and inventory included in building usage proposal: <br />Offices: <br />Computer, office equipment and furniture used in managing FISH's operations. <br />Three rooms are expected to be used for offices. <br />Storage: <br />Shelving and boxes used for storing archived materials related to client services in accordance <br />with government requirements for retention. Miscellaneous seasonal storage items such as <br />supplied for Picnic in the Park (summer meals) and other seasonal programs and events. <br />6. Commencement of usage and term: <br />FISH would propose moving into the building beginning September 16 with a target for opening <br />for client services on Monday, 9/29. <br />FISH is requesting a 12 month lease with an option for two month renewals of six months each; <br />up to two years total. <br />7. Estimated cost of any structure or facility to be furnished, specifications, site plans. <br />FISH expects to use the building as it is with very few modifications to allow for the equipment <br />needed to operate the Food Bank and Food Pantry. The addition of refrigeration and freezers in the <br />Food Bank and Food Pantry, telephone systems, and Internet service will be added to the current <br />building. Site plans for those modifications are not available at this time, but will be supplied to the <br />County prior to commencing the work. <br />Any construction will be done to strengthen the existing building to assure that it is safe from <br />rodents or other vermin. <br />FISH would paint the areas to be used for public access and offices as well as hire a cleaning <br />service to thoroughly clean the common areas, including bathrooms. <br />FISH would add signage to the outside of the building and would clear the overgrown trees and <br />shrubs that are encroaching the building. <br />Estimated costs for work is attached to this application. <br />8. Proof of Insurance naming County as co-insured has been secured and Jerry Lael of Farmer's <br />Insurance delivered the proof of insurance to the Commissioner's on 6/17.) <br />9.
