Peggy Morache, Executive Director <br />More than 20 years experience in operating not-for-profit agencies throughout the <br />nation, Including Food Pantries. Three years experience with FISH. <br />b. Jeff Duncan, Operations Director <br />Lt. Col. US Army Retired; former Board member for FISH; more than 4 years experience <br />working in Food Bank and Food Pantry. <br />c. John Poyner, Warehouse and Pantry Manager <br />More than five years experience in managing FISH's Food Bank and Food Pantry. <br />Experienced Warehouse manager. <br />d. Elise Warren, Community Outreach Coordinator <br />More than four years of experience coordinating FISH's social media; website; and <br />assisting with development and community outreach. <br />e. Lyndsey Halte, Administrative Assistant <br />Experience in office management and administrative functions, including assisting with <br />deposits and accounting. <br />S. Tools, Equipment and Inventory included in building usage proposal: <br />Food Bank: <br />FISH will have two delivery trucks parked at the building for use in distributing <br />food from the Food Bank to the five food pantries in the County. Fork lift and pallet <br />jack. <br />The equipment will include scales for weighing food, refrigeration and freezers <br />for food storage, shelving for food storage, dumpsters and spoiled food receptacles <br />that are cleared twice weekly. Computers, office furniture and office supplies used <br />in Food Bank management. Canned, dried and fresh food warehoused for distribution. <br />Food poundage varies depending on food deliveries but will generally be more than <br />150,000 pounds. Miscellaneous signage used in organizing storage and distribution. <br />Miscellaneous tools and accessories used in maintaining equipment and building. <br />Food Pantry: <br />The equipment will include refrigeration and freezers used in food storage, <br />shelving used in food storage. Baskets and bins used in distributing fresh fruit and <br />vegetables. <br />Computers and office furniture, supplies and equipment used in registering and <br />managing client grocery distribution. Chairs, signage used in organizing and distributing <br />groceries. <br />
