The Development Standards set forth below <br />shall apply to the development of MountainStar. Trendwest may choose to impose additional, <br />more restrictive development standards through CC&Rs or other methods. The following <br />Development Standards shall apply to the development ofMountainStar: <br />(1) Consistency With Annlicable Law and ~velopmen1 <br />Aereemegt. Development ofMountainStar shall comply with (i) all Applicable Law and (ii) the <br />terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br />(2) Permitred and Conditional UsC§, The following uses are <br />pennitted and conditional uses within MountainStar: <br />(a) The following are pennitted uses within MountainStar: <br />(i) Short-Tenn Visitor Accommodations as defined herein; <br />(ii) Master Planned Resort Accommodation Units as defined <br />herein: <br />(iii) Developed On-Site Recreational Facilities as defined <br />herein; <br />(iv) Campgrounds and recreational vehicle sites with power and <br />water; <br />(v) Visitor-Oriented Amenities as defined herein; <br />(vi) Cultural and educational facilities of all kinds, including, <br />but not limited to, interpretative centers and exhibits, and indoor and outdoor theaters; <br />(vii) Roadways and bridges, including privately owned and <br />maintained roadways and bridges; <br />Suncadia Miuter Plenncd Resort Developmcnl Agreement (Amended and Restated 12-02-2008) Page 24
