Filed for Record 0411612009 04:48:53 PM -Kittitas County, WA Auditor -200904160090 Page 16 of 118 <br />"MountainStar EIS'' shall mean collectively the Draft Environmental Impact Statement <br />("DEIS'') prepared by the County for MountainStar pursuant to SEPA and published on July 28, <br />1999 and the Final Environmental Impact Statement (''FEIS'') prepared by the County for <br />MountainStar pursuant to SEPA and published on April I 0, 2000, as set forth in Recitals 1(5) and <br />1(6) of this Agreement. <br />·'MountainStar MPR Conditions" shall mean those conditions of approval on the MPR <br />Development Permit for MountainStar imposed by the BOCC through Ordinance No. 2000-15 as <br />set forth in Recital 1(10) of this Agreement. as amended herein and attached to this Agreement as <br />EXHIBIT F-1. <br />''MountainStar Resort Conceptual Master Plan" shall mean the conceptual master plan <br />for the MountainStar Master Planned Resort (EXHIBIT B ), as set forth in Recital 1( I 0) of this <br />Agreement, as amended. <br />"MountainStat Subarea Plan" shall mean the subarea plan to the Kittitas County <br />Comprehensive Plan to implement the County's Master Planned Resort policies forthe <br />development of Mountain Star on the Trendwest Property, as set forth in Recital 1(3) of this <br />Agreement. <br />"MPR Application'· shall mean Trendwest's development application submitted March 7, <br />1997, requesting County approval to develop the Trendwest Property as a Master Planned <br />Resort, as set forth in Recital 1(3) of this Agreement. <br />"MPR Approvals" shall mean collectively the (a) MountainStar Resort Conceptual <br />Master Plan, (b) the Rezone; (c) the MPR Project Development Permit and MountainStar MPR <br />Conditions.
