Loss Conditions, 2. Duties ln The Evcnt Of <br />Accident, Claim, Suit Or Loss, a. is amended by <br />adding the following: <br />This condition applies only when the "accident" or <br />-loss" is known to: <br />(1) You, if you are an individual: <br />(2) A partner. if you are a partnersh¡p; <br />(3) An executive officer or insurance manager, if <br />you are a corporation; or <br />(4) A member or manager, f you are a limited <br />liability company. <br />But, this section does not amend the provisions <br />relating to notification of police. protection or <br />examination of the property which was subject to <br />the "loss". <br />B. Blankct Waiver of Subrogation <br />Section lV - BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS, A. <br />Lo¡¡ Conditions, 5. Transfer of Righfs of <br />Recovcry Against Other¡ to Us, is amended by <br />adding the following exception: <br />However, we waive any right of recovery we may <br />have against any person or orqanization to the <br />extent required of you by a written contract signcd <br />and executed prior to any 'accident" or "loss", <br />provided that the "accident" or "loss" arises out of <br />operations contemplated by such contract. The <br />waiver applies only to the person or organization <br />designated in such contract. <br />C. Unintentional Failure to Disclocc Hazard¡ <br />SECTION <br />'V <br />- BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS,B, Gcncral Conditions, 2. Conccalmcnt, <br />Misreprerentation Or Fraud, is amended by <br />adding the following paragraph: <br />lf you unintentionally fail to disclose any hazards <br />existing at the inception date of the poücy, or <br />during the policy period in connection with any <br />additional hazards. we will not deny coverage <br />under this Coverage Part because of such failure. <br />D.
