S¡ction ll - Who ls Alr lnsured is amended to include as an additional insured any person(s) or organization(s) from whom you lease equipment when you and such person(s) or organization(s) have agreed in wriling in a contrad or agreement, elteqJted prior to loss, that such parson(s) or otganizalion(s) be added as an additional insured on your poliqy. Such person(s) or organization(s) is an insured only wilh rosped tô liability for "bodiS inju$', "properly damage" or "personal and advertising injury'' caused, in whole or in part, by your maintenance, operation or use of equipment leased to you by such person(s) or orga nization(s). H oweven th e in su ran ce afford ed to su ch additional insured: r. On[ applies to the extent permilted by law; and b. Will not be broader than that whiclt you are required by the contract or agreement to provid e for such ad ditional insu red. A person's or organization's status as an additional insured under this endorsement ends when their contract or agreement with you for such leased equipment ends. 2. With resped to the insurance afiorded to these additional insurcds, the following is added to Sæ,tion lll - Limits Of lnsurrnce: lf coverage providsd to the additional insured is required by a conlract or agresmÊnt, the most we will pay on behalf of the additional insured is: r. The minimum amount required by tha contrad or agreement; or b. Ths Limits of lnsurance shown in the Dedarations; whidraver is less. This endorsement shall not increase applicable Limits of lnsurance shown in Dedarations. 4. Wlth respect to the insurance afiorded to these additional insureds, the following addilional exdusion applies: This insurance does not applyta l. "Bodily injury", "prçpe{y damagÈ" or "pèrsonal and advertising injury" arising out of the rendering of, orthe failure lo rendel any pnofessional architectural, engineering or surveying seruices, inclu ding : (l) The preparing, approving, or failing to prsparÊ or approve, maps, shop drawings, opinions, rÊpoils, suNeys, field orders, ctrange orders or drawings and specifications; or (2) Supervisory, inspection, architedural or en gin eerin g a divities.
