To any insured psrson or organization from whom you have acquired such produds, or any ingredient, pad or container, enlering into, accompanying or containhg such products; b. To any vendor for which covêrage as an additional insured spacifically is scheduled by endorsement; or c. WhEn liability included within the "produd+completed operations hazardo has been exduded for such produd either bythe provisions of the coverâgê pan or by endorsement. 4. With resped to the insurance afiorded to these vendors, the following is added to Scction lll - Limits Of lnsurrnc¡: lf coveraga provided lo the vendor is required by a contrad or agreÊmsnt, the most we will pay on behalf of the vendor is: r. The minimum amount rcquired by the contra d or a greement; or b. The Limits of lnsuranc¿ shown in the Dedarations; whichever is lEss. This sndorsement shall not hcrease the applicable Limits of lnsurance shown in the Dedarations. 5. Wilh respect to ths insurance aforded to these additional insureds, the followlng addilional exdusion applies: This insurance does not applyto: r. "Bodily injuryf", "prcperly damage" or "pÊrsonal and advertising injuty" arising out of the rendering of, or ths failure to render, any professional archilsctural engineering or surveying setvices, incb ding : (l) The preparing, approving, or failing to prspare or approve, maps, shop drawings, opinions, reports, suNeys, field orders, change orders or drawings and specificati+ns; or (2) Supervisory, inspsction, architedural or en gin eerin g a ctivities. This exdusion applies even if the claims egainst an additional insured allage negligence or othEr wrongdoing in the supeñision, hiring, omplo¡ûnent, training ormonitoring of others bythat insured, if the "occunsnce" whiclt caused the "bodily injurt'' or "property damage", or the offense whidt caused the "personal and advertising lnlunf,, involved the rendering of or faih¡re to rander any professional seruicss ry you with resped to your prcn/lding engineering, ardritectuml or suveylng seruices in your capacity as en engineer, architedt or surveyor.
