Schedule Work to be executed when site conditions meet the acceptable conditions to facilitate the land application of the treated septage. Crews lo work on site 0730 to 1530 Monday through Friday for an estimated two weeks or until project completion. Assumptions and Clarlflcatlons: The following assumptions were used in preparation of the above costing: • A mutually agreed upon Contract and Payment terms is established prior to any work performed. • Not inclusive of any state or local taxes. • This Proposal based off of an estimated 800,000 gallons of septage, additional material will constitute a change of scope and require a mutually agreed up terms prior to continued processing. • Gallonage data collected for Vacuum tankers and Frack tanks will be formulated utilizing strapping charts and measuring sticks for recording volumes processed. • Water will be available as needed. • All contaminated equipment used will be washed down with water into the septage ponds prior to leaving the site.
