Date : 1/31/2019 <br />Name : Bryan Nass <br />Kittitas County Solid Waste <br />Household Hazardous Waste <br />RE: Septage Application Kittitas County <br />Dear Bryan : <br />NRC Environmental Services (NRC) is pleased to present the rollowing scope or work and cost <br />proposal to provide .... <br />Scope of Work: <br />NRC will provide all labor, equipment and materials to complete the rollowlng services- <br />Pump out and chemically stabilize up to 900,000 gallons of septage material with Hydrated Lime, <br />50Ibs of lime per 1,000 gal of septage . Once the material has met the stabilization parameters <br />provided by the customer. must maintain a PH of 12 or greater for 30 minutes after treatment. and <br />land apply the material from two 500,000 gallon ponds all of which is located on one contiguous <br />property the Kittitas County Rye Grass Landfill located at 25900 Vantage Highway, Ellensburg WA <br />98926. Document gallons of materials applied to designated areas and PH results of each <br />load/batch of treated material generated during the process . Provide a report of these activities lo a <br />Kittitas County designated representative . <br />Project Costs : <br />NRC will provide the above-listed services on a unit-rate basis per the supplied USFS Schedule or <br />Items and as shown below.
