Surveyor shall produce electronic submittals of the triangulated surfaces in: <br /> AutoCAD and Civil 3D software platforms (Version 2017). <br /> The surface model’s triangles must be displayed in 3D format. Softdesk or Land <br />Development *.tin files will not be accepted. If Civil 3D software is used, submit LandXML <br />files of all COGO and triangulated surfaces. <br /> All triangulated surfaces shall include an exterior 3D boundary at surface elevations. <br /> All survey data points shall be submitted in an Excel spreadsheet or delimited text file <br />formatted with point number, northing, easting, elevation, and description. <br /> All submitted survey information shall include the ties to the survey control points. <br /> Maintain complete accurate log of survey Work as it progresses and submit survey log book <br />in PDF format. <br /> Roadways: Survey grid points at 20-foot intervals and 0.25 foot cord height intervals on <br />horizontal curves. Survey superelevation application stations, horizontal and vertical <br />alignment points of curvature, and points of tangent locations. <br /> Open Areas: Survey grid points at 25-foot intervals and breaklines on 25-foot intervals. <br /> Ditches: Survey ditch cross-section at 20-foot intervals, including top of bank and flowline. <br /> <br />The survey information will be utilized into three-dimensional format by Jacobs using the AUTOCAD Civil <br />3-D for grade development and quantity take-offs. <br />The site mapping will be used to update the preliminary layout of the facility including onsite grading <br />contours, buffers (and setbacks), traffic flow patterns and travel lane requirements for customer and <br />operations traffic, civil grading around structures, tanks and fuel areas, and facility floor grades. <br />Assumptions: <br /> One boundary plat survey of the approximately 55-acre site <br /> One topographic survey of approximately 65 acres – assuming a 50’ buffer around the site <br /> One Amerititle Report <br /> One Auditors recording fee <br />Deliverables: <br /> One topographic survey in AUTOCAD format <br /> One boundary plat survey <br />Subtask 2.2 Geotechnical Investigation <br />Geotechnical site characterization is needed to support development of geotechnical recommendations for the <br />proposed facilities and earthwork. Jacobs will complete an initial geotechnical field investigation consisting of test <br />pits and shear wave velocity measurements in projected areas of structure foundations, material borrow areas, <br />pavements, and fill placement areas to characterize subsurface conditions. Subsequent monitoring of groundwater <br />levels at the site will be performed.
