An understanding of the scope of work (25 points) <br />2. Experience with the design of street improvement projects especially in regards to intersections (25 <br />points) <br />3. Experience with traffic signal design and traffic signal timings (25 points) <br />4. Outline of a realistic schedule from executed consultant agreement to completion of bid documents <br />(plans and specifications) (25 points) <br />5. Who would be the primary point of contact and what strategies have been successful in past projects <br />when communicating with agencies (25 points) <br />6. Describe your teams strategies to keep on track of the project schedule and budget (25 points) <br />7. Experience working with the City of Ellensburg or Kittitas County (25 points) <br />Submittal <br />Submittals should include the following information: Firm name, phone and fax numbers; Name of <br />Principal -in -Charge and Project Manager; and Number of employees in each frnn proposed to project. Submittals <br />shall not exceed ten (front and back) pages in length, utilize 12 point font. The ten page limit shall include title <br />page and any submittal graphics. <br />Please submit FOUR copies of your Statement of Qualifications to: Taylor Gustafson at Kittitas County Public <br />Works, 411 North Ruby, Suite 1, Ellensburg, WA 98926 no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 4th, 2019. <br />Submittals will not be accepted after that time and date.
