Explanation* If not, why Trot? <br />No. We have not applied for funding from other sources to increase digital <br />marketing for the Thorp Mill. However, we are applying for grants for other projects, <br />such as outreach, capital improvements, and exhibition upkeep. <br />We have not applied for other sources of funding to increase the Thorp Mill's digital <br />marketing because of limitations placed upon the types of projects funded by <br />granting institutions and foundations. <br />IMLS: We are applying for a small museums grants, requesting $25,000 for an <br />interactive multimedia exhibition about the power of waterwheels. <br />Suncadia Community Fund: We are applying to this fund in order to improve the <br />quality and size of our collections storage. <br />Yakama Legends Grant: We are applying for this funding in order to develop a new <br />permanent exhibition on Native American presence in Thorp, WA. <br />2500 character lirrit <br />Funding Shortfalls* VVhat changes would occur h the project couldn't be funded? <br />If this request for expanded digital marketing is not funded, visits to the Thorp Mill <br />Museum and events could continue to decline, as it has in previous years when we <br />did not devote funds to targeted advertising and marketing.
