We believe
this is due to the fact that our event attendees are over 65 for the most part and
are not accustomed to completing online surveys.
This year, we are asking the question about overnight stays on the registration
form so that we don't have to rely only on a survey after the fact. We will also
conduct in-person surveys during registration pick up (every event attendee is
required to come to the registration tent at Helen McCabe State Park to pick up
their registration packets).
Registration data is attached from 2018. This reflects registration of just the ticket
buyer - most buyers purchased at least 2 or more weekend passes and other ticket
types so it does not reflect the total number of attendees, but does reflect the
distance traveled to attend the event.
2500 character lirrit.
Prior Year Paid In addition to field above, you rray upload the evidence to supportthe prior years' roomnight information.
Overnight Stay Data Yakima River Canyon Bird Fest 2018 Registration (Responses) - Final
55.39KB
pre -registrant list.pdf
You xray upload up to three single pages (lJS Letter), of inforrretion.
